You should avoid these products in your daily diet:

  • Products containing cow and goat milk

  • Products containing gluten - wheat, oats, triticale, rye, sorghum and barley (bread, pastries, cookies, pasta and so on)

  • Peanuts, walnuts, pistachios and all fried nuts (raw nuts are excellent)

  • Sausage products: sausages, salami, bacon, ham, etc. with nitrates/nitrites

  • Caffeine: coffee, tea, cola, coffee substitutes, cocoa, chocolate, etc.

  • Any food containing artificial colors and flavors or containing preservatives.

  • Alcohol including beer, wine and hard liquor over modest amounts

  • Potato chips and corn chips (especially from GMO sources)

  • Fast food: in the restaurant and at home (fried, GMO and poor quality)

  • Seafood from untrusted sources (wild-caught from safe waters OK)

 

4.     RESTORATION OF GUT FLORA

 

Before restoring the intestinal flora with good bacteria, it is essential to kill off as much of the candida overgrowth as possible. Fortunately, there are some quick and easy ways to remove the yeast/fungus infection with some natural remedies.

Additional Important Information:
