INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1) Dilute the Methylene Blue in about 4 oz. of Distilled or RO water, beginning with 0.5 mg to 2 mg per 1 lb of body weight.

2) Add 1/8-th teaspoon of Ascorbic Acid powder (Vitamin C) into the solution (included with purchase). Enhances absorption and minimizes color staining. Let sit for at least 3 hours to help neutralize the color. Color will change from a dark blue to a lighter, translucent blue.

3) On an empty stomach, take half the dose in the morning and the other half in the evening. (It does not have to be an exact half, just a close estimate)
