1. 3 oz of above Pre-Mix
2. Add 1 to 1 1/2 oz of Tequila or Rum to 1 cup of crushed ice and blend until smooth

Freezer Slush

1. 2 parts above Pre-Mix
2. 2 parts water
3. 1 part Tequila or Rum

Erythritol - Naturally derived from Cane Sugar

Erythritol is a sugar alcohol that has been used as a food additive since the early 1800’s. Being 70% as sweet as pure cane sugar and remaining unrefined, Erythritol creates an advantage over pure cane sugar as it reduces the risks to your health. It is an all-natural, zero calorie refined sugar alternative that looks, feels, bakes and tastes just like sugar! Erythritol naturally occurs in many fruits and fermented foods and wines. It's made by mixing sugar with water and fermenting it with a natural culture. While its name may seem terribly scientific, erythritol is found in nature at low levels in grapes, melons and pears and can be found at higher levels in fermented products like wine. Each day, it is estimated that we consume somewhere between 30 and 100 mg of naturally occurring erythritol in our regular diets.

It is a five-carbon sugar that has a number of unique properties in addition to being a low calorie sugar substitute (40% fewer calories than an equivalent amount of table sugar [sucrose]). Xylitol does not cause significant changes in blood glucose or insulin, making it not only safe for diabetics and those trying to lose weight, but also a desirable sweetener for those who understand the importance of maintaining low levels of glucose and insulin, as an anti-aging regimen.

Organic Agave Inulin is extracted from the Tequilana Weber Agave plant. The end result of the inulin refining process yields a fine highly soluble powder with a neutral, clean, mildly sweet flavor.

Agave Inulin provides the body with natural remedies and dietary fibers to promote healthy weight loss and reduce high blood pressure. Studies have shown that it is very soluble in cold water and more commonly used in combination with cold beverages and shake supplements. Xanthan Gum Transparent Insoluble Fiber (12 oz) container manufactured by Biogenic Foods is a natural sugar that comes from corn. This substance is commonly used in foods such as dairy products and even in some salad dressings such as Cesar and Creamy Italian, as an agent used to thicken and maintain flavor. This insoluble fiber powder provides a wealth of health benefits when used in foods since it also is an active ingredient in the preservation of food both cooked and stored. Answer: We are strongly against products like aspartame and other artificial sugar replacements. Both Cal-0-Slide and our Cal-0-Sweet ingredient are both an all-natural alternative to refined sugar and is safe for all.

Can I freeze Cal-0-Slide liquid to make ice pops?

Answer: Yes, this product can be frozen into popsicles without the addition of alcohol. Results may vary depending on alcohol content.

How is this product safe for diabetics?
