Erythritol - Organic and Naturally derived

Erythritol is a sugar alcohol that has been used as a food additive since the early 1800’s. Being 70% as sweet as pure cane sugar and remaining unrefined, Erythritol creates an advantage over pure cane sugar as it reduces the risks to your health. It is an all-natural, zero calorie refined sugar alternative that looks, feels, bakes and tastes just like sugar! Erythritol naturally occurs in many fruits and fermented foods and wines. It's made by mixing sugar with water and fermenting it with a natural culture. While its name may seem terribly scientific, erythritol is found in nature at low levels in grapes, melons and pears and can be found at higher levels in fermented products like wine. Each day, it is estimated that we consume somewhere between 30 and 100 mg of naturally occurring erythritol in our regular diets.

It's safe for all types of diabetics, doesn't affect insulin levels, helps prevent tooth decay, supports the immune system and it's heat stable for use in cooking. Erythritol does not cause undesired gastrointestinal effects when consumed in reasonable quantities. Rebauddioside A - 98% Reb A Stevia Extract

Stevia is 100% natural and is derived from the leaf of a plant most commonly found in South America. It has zero calories and provides many healthful benefits. On December of 2008 the FDA declared stevia as safe for use in foods and beverages. The FDA approved stevia at a minimum of 98% Rebaudioside A (Reb A), which is the sweetest compound of the plant. There are seven compounds of the stevia plant. Reb A is the sweetest and purest part of the plant and is the least bitter of the other compounds therein. Reb A Stevia also derives from a natural plant source, the stevia plant.

Stevia leaves have been known to be used in medicines such as antibiotics, muscle relaxers and certain pain relievers as well. Reb A Stevia has been known to reduce the amount of uric acid levels in the body to provide a stable functionality of the digestive system and energy levels. Since it promotes healthy heart health, Reb A Stevia has been proven to increase and strengthen blood flow to the heart by strengthening the muscle contractions of the aorta.
